We have a first draft! Week 7

Finally, the first draft of the contextualisation is complete (phew!) A massive weight off my shoulders and have rewarded myself with a few days off to rest. Now that the podcast and contextualisation first drafts are complete I decided that i would spend some time after my few days off and create different media outputs to showcase my Podcast. From Tuesday (9th) to Friday (12th) I have made a video trailer, a poster and in the making of a spoken word piece to showcase the connection between cycling and an individuals wellness which I will post on a separate section on my website. I thought it would be a good way to make different output forms as there will be something for everyone depending on where they find the information (my podcast).

I haven't got much to write this week but so far so good. Nearly there! :)
